1. About Us

Osckin is an Australian skincare brand offering naturally inspired products and small-group skincare workshops. All products are formulated and manufactured in small batches with care and intent.

2. Products & Use

Our products are designed to support skin health but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always patch test prior to use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. OSKIN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 5-6 business days, and shipping times may vary based on location. Once dispatched, Osckin is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external carriers.

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

6. Workshop Bookings

Workshops are limited to 8 participants and must be paid in full upon booking to secure your place.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may be refunded or rescheduled (subject to availability). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we’ll do our best to fill your spot.
If Osckin cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Liability

While we take every care in formulation and education, Osckin is not liable for any adverse reactions or skin sensitivities. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for using the product according to instructions and acknowledge that results vary between individuals.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product descriptions, branding, images, and workshop materials—is the property of Osckin and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
